Hey! Have You Heard About HOCL
What is HOCL you ask?
Well… its long name is Hypochlorous Acid and is made up of particles of hydrogen, oxygen, and chlorine. It is 80 times the kill of bleach and 100 times the kill of alcohol and yet is 100% non-toxic.
Right away the acid part probably scares you. However, think of it along the lines of food, not chemicals. Ascorbic Acid is Vitamin C. Citric Acid is found naturally in citrus foods, especially lemons and limes. It’s what gives them their sour or tart flavor and is predominately used as a flavoring and preserving agent. HOCL is as safe as these two acidic foods.
HOCL is 100% non-toxic. Its uses are many.
HOCL’s history and scientific research are mostly based in Agriculture and Horticulture saving many animals and plants from disease and destruction. When used in these areas, the plants and animals are healthier, therefore requiring little or no pesticides, herbicides, and antibiotics. The plants and animals grow taller and stronger and produce more. These benefits also include cutting down the producers’ costs.
It has a 99.999% kill rate at 50-200ppms and therefore, for household and industry use can kill germs and bacteria in a matter of seconds. Literally… seconds.
As a sanitizer …. In Denmark, it is currently being used to sanitize people coming and going from public buildings through a misting system. Killing germs on the whole person as they come and go.
This technology is available to all people and countries for those who are aware of its benefits and many uses.
Personal hand misters are becoming the norm. These misters, containing HOCL, are helping many businesses to cut down on their labor costs of disinfecting and sanitizing. Grocery stores use them on all surfaces and can have their store germ-free in a fraction of the time it would take to wipe down surfaces and products using more traditional means of hand wiping.
In agriculture, HOCL is used in the drinking water of animals. Used this way, it has not only saved the animals from disease with a higher success rate to other compounds previously used, but the animals are growing stronger and produce more. Examples are chickens and cows producing more eggs and milk. The quality of the products is also better.
As a sanitizer it is safer than alcohol and other traditionally used compounds as it is 100% non-toxic, it does not dry out the skin and cause irritation.
If this does not reason alone to use safely, especially around our loved ones, then I do not know what is.
HOCL is natural to our bodies. Hypochlorous Acid is produced by the white blood cells of Humans to fight all viral or bacterial infections.
And in other countries, of the world has been used in saving lives.
In plants, horticulture, HOCL again comes up the winner in cutting down on disease and allowing the plant to grow not only faster and larger but stronger and produces more. The quality of the product is also enhanced.
It is the wave of the future and has been recently approved in many countries (not yet in North America) to be sprayed on all human skin, even to used to speed the healing of skin injuries. In many parts of Europe, Asia, and Africa (not yet in North America), it is also approved to be an antipathogenic eyedrop for humans and animals. Hopefully, in the near future, Canada and the USA will approve it as well to be applied on all skin and as an eyedrop to kill pathogens.
I personally put this product in the category of being “the first line of defense” against pathogens.
