When it comes to health and the environment, have you ever considered how many chain- reaction
events there are?
Can you see how the many facets of these are interconnected?
As a population, we need to see how they are connected so that we can break the chain.
For example, the media will feature one disaster or another as isolated events that are the result of
some form of neglect that has led to a personal, local, or global concern. There are even documentaries on certain concerns that plague populations, life on the planet, and the planet’s health. More and more films are being produced on various topics in the hopes of bringing awareness to the masses so that the world population can play a bigger part in turning the problems into solutions. Time is of the essence in getting this information out. The truth of the matter is that all life on and within the Earth herself are struggling to stay alive.
At this point in history, we can liken it to Charles Dicken’s theory and prediction of The Origin of the Species by Means of Natural Selection of the Preservation of Favored Races in The Struggle for Life. The Points in particular reference are: Individuals less suited to the environment are less likely to survive and less likely to reproduce; Individuals more suited to the environment are more likely to survive and more likely to reproduce and leave their heritable traits to future generations, which produces the process of Natural Selection (fact).
And secondly, this slowly effected process results in populations changing to adapt to their environments and ultimately these variations accumulate overtime to form new species (inference).

My question is, do we really want to evolve into the crippled race that we are becoming? Or, do we
want to aspire to and to become the best possible race we can attain to?
In the last almost 200 years since Darwin’s works, the ‘ways of the world’ have changed incredibly. There are environmental impacts brought about through industry that he could not have foretold. Yet, the principle remains the same. Those plant, animal, human and other species that can remain strong and adapt to the challenges presented will remain and all the weakened and less adaptive will not.
The many current challenges we face as individuals, to remain strong and healthy are primarily
connected to the pollution/toxicity in the air, water, earth, and ether of the planet.
What exactly does this mean?
Simply our food sources are weakened. They do not contain the Life Force Energy to support our
body’s, minds, or souls. Our air is polluted causing weakened human, animal, and plant life. We put
petrochemicals and other chemicals on our bodies for various reasons, only to find out that our internal organs cannot handle the toxicity and fail, over time. The toxicity changes the biome and rhythm of our bodies which in turn causes added stress to all the organs and body systems. The result is a weakened human, animal, or plant roaming the earth preparing for the inevitable – death.
What can we do about it?
How can we maintain and sustain the desired levels of nutrients that support growth and development of all species and life upon the Earth.
It starts with us as individuals making choices that give our body’s and our surroundings the BEST chance of survival. Staying away from toxic products that we ingest, put into and onto our bodies, and breathe in. The chain reactions start with each of us and leads to the same place, both positively and negatively alike.
This topic is incredibly involved. Too much to cover. However, the best overview is seen from a 30,000 foot view giving us the Big Picture.
The simple version is to take responsibility for ourselves and to understand what health is. Apply this
knowledge to all life forms on this Earth (as we all have commonalities and interdependencies). We all thrive on clean, clear water that is full of minerals. The foods that sustain life are ‘Live’ foods – foods that come from the soil of the earth and are packed with vitamins and minerals. These nutrients are the building blocks that the body needs to produce the ‘fuel’ to drive the body (our vehicle) through a long and quality filled life cycle.
When the soils, water, and air are sick and depleted, every form of life including our own is
compromised. Then, our individual constitutions, will determine where and how an individual will be
affected and the challenges they will face in living fully.
We have seen the destruction of individual lives, animals, plants, the oceans and sea life and on and on that the negligence man has imposed upon life has taken. It is time we took our individual and collective powers back and return this world to the paradise it once was.
At Eccogenie we bring you the healthiest choices to get you started, to maintain what you have started and to continue to reduce the global waste, depletion of resources and to reduce the carbon footprint that have brought us to this point in history.
We are all part of history in the making. We do this by making, living, and sharing our healthier choices. This chain reaction will bring us full circle.
I invite you to come full circle with us.
Afterall, we owe it to our children and their children, the planet and all life we co-exist with.
Together we make the difference
